Considering buying a home or income property in the beach cities? This can be a very confusing process; especially if you are a first time buyer. The cities of Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach, California vary in types of available real estate, neighborhood feel, school systems, community activities and real estate prices. Which community is right for you; where are you going to find that perfect property; what can you afford; what are the steps in the whole buying process?

It’s important for you to work with a Realtor®, one that has the local market knowledge and experience necessary to appropriately advise you and to guide you through the entire process. From first finding your dream home or investment property, through the conclusion of a successful escrow, getting utilities set up and moving you into your property… hassle free! I will be there every step of the way to take the worry out of finding and buying that special property. What will I do?
  • Meet with you in person or communicate with you via phone or email if you live out of the area. Upfront, I must completely understand your real estate goals to best serve you. I listen, I focus, and I will deliver! Working together to find you a great property should be professional, but at the same time exciting and fun.
  • I will provide community and real estate information to help you decide where you want to buy.
  • If you don’t have a financial advisor or lender, I will assist you in getting pre-qualified or pre-approved by a leading lender who has the best interest rates and terms. It is very important that you have an accurate picture of what you can or want to spend financially.
  • Finding the property: I personally check for new listings throughout the day. I also auto email new listings that meet your criteria. Being a member of the top brokerage firm for the beach cities, many times I have knowledge of new listings before they hit the Multiple Listing Service. I personally preview all appropriate listings; or if it’s a particularly hot property I’ll immediately contact you to schedule a showing appointment at your earliest convenience.
  • Once a property is identified, we’ll write a strong compelling offer to purchase based upon comparable properties and its true value. I’ll advise and answer all questions honestly on the purchase agreement and any subsequent counter offers. Having worked in the beach cities since 1989, I will most likely know the listing agent and will work with them to help get your offer accepted.
  • When your offer is accepted, I’ll open escrow for you. There are many contingencies (financing, home inspections, title clearance, property disclosures, etc) that you must approve before escrow can close. I will organize, handle, and guide you throughout the escrow process.
  • Prior to escrow closing, I’ll provide all utility contact numbers and help you arrange moving into your new home.
  • After delivering your keys, I will always be just a call away to answer your questions or to provide my services. My client service goal is to deliver as promised, and to earn your repeat business and referrals
